We have a large reception and waiting room area where we stock a wide range of lifestyle diets and pet health care products.

Cat Waiting Area

We have a separate waiting room for cats. This ensures a less stressful trip to the vet for your cat with no dogs visible to your cat.

Consulting rooms

We have two consulting rooms providing excellent facilities for the examination of your pets. All rooms are equipped with a computer so that your pet's case notes are easily accessed as soon as you step through the door.

Each room has a non-slip table. Weighing scales are also available to accurately monitor your pets' weight. Every room has equipment to allow the full examination of your pet.

X-ray facilities

The radiology unit consists of an x–ray machine with a fixed, high voltage output unit capable of radiographing patients from tortoises to St Bernards.

We have an automatic developer so x-rays can be viewed within minutes of being taken. These x-rays can then be viewed by you in the consulting rooms.

Operating Theatre

The practice's surgical facilities include a well-equipped separate theatre away from any pre-operative procedures. Equipment for monitoring your pet under sedation or general anaesthetic in this room include oesophageal stethoscopes, pulse oximeters, doppler blood pressure monitor and electrocardiography (ECG).

Laboratory

Our modern well equipped laboratory provides a service in the following fields: biochemistry, haematology, cytology and parasitology.

We are able to produce blood results from your pet on the same day to make rapid and accurate diagnoses.

Kennels

Our kennelling facilities include warm, clean, spacious kennels where we can keep a watchful eye on your pet. The kennels have central heating and full ventilation.

A full hospital record is kept on each kennel.
